Under the Department of Administrative Reforms (DARPG’s) National Awards for e-Governance 2025, a new category of awards viz. Awards for Grassroots Level Initiatives for Deepening Service Delivery have been instituted to honour the extraordinary efforts of Gram Panchayats and equivalent bodies in delivering innovative, efficient, and community-focused service delivery at the grassroots level. These awards recognize exemplary initiatives that go beyond the ordinary to create meaningful impacts in local communities.
