The Government will have complete discretion to share the details of your use of the mobile application and/or data entered by you in the mobile application with regulators or with any other third party, or in order to resolve disputes or complaints which relate to the mobile application.
The following terms and conditions will apply if you wish to use the Internet for availing a service. Please go through the conditions carefully and if you accept them, you may register yourself and transact on the mobile application. By using this mobile application for service delivery, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions set forth below.
If a user violates the terms and conditions, the Government (service owner) reserves the right to deactivate such user registration and cancel any or all services requested without prior notice. Incorrect or junk values in profile information may lead to deactivation.
Operationalization of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal processes of the respective Government. Nothing contained in this agreement shall restrict the Government's right to comply with law enforcement requests or legal requirements relating to your use of this mobile application.
You agree that the Government may provide details of your use of the mobile application to regulators, police authorities, or any other third party to resolve disputes or complaints relating to the mobile application, at its sole discretion.
You shall access the mobile application only for lawful purposes and shall be responsible for complying with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations. This mobile application is intended for personal use or commercial use by approved kiosks.
You shall not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or services obtained from this mobile application.
You shall not create a hypertext link to the mobile application or frame the mobile application without the express written permission of the Government.
The information provided by you during registration must be complete and accurate. The Government reserves the right to disclose information whenever necessary to satisfy applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.
The Government may, at its sole discretion and without assigning any reason or prior notice, terminate or temporarily suspend your access to all or any part of the mobile application.
